A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional for the Go-to-Market Operations team. The role involves developing strategies, managing complex projects, and collaborating with executive leaders to drive business growth in the APAC region. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
This team is responsible for setting a go-to-market strategy for APAC LCS; shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products. We play an important role in building an excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing Global Business Organization business skills to ensuring flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities. Team members are investigative and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
In this role, you will partner with the APAC Leadership team to design, operationalize and manage complex, multidisciplinary projects to execute on a goal or strategy. You will be instrumental in bringing together stakeholders across multiple functions, managing project schedules, communications and deliverables, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be managing and delivering strategic projects for GTM Leadership, as well as partnering with the APAC GTM Leads to set objectives, develop strategies, and manage progress check ins and communication to the teams.
