Job summary
A leading personnel services firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist with project operations, finance, and grants management. Responsibilities include managing donations, supporting campaigns, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate holds at least an 'A' Level certificate and has strong communication skills. The role offers a monthly salary of $2500-$3500, with a contract period from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2026.
Qualifications
- 'A' Level or higher education required.
- Required experience in grants management.
- Strong communication skills necessary.
Responsibilities
- Assist with administration, finance, payment and procurement matters.
- Manage and monitor grants, donations and sponsorships.
- Provide operations support for campaigns and partner activities.
Skills
Education
- Assist with administration, finance, payment and procurement matters
- Manage and monitor grants, donations and sponsorships of all forms (cash and in-kind)
- Responsible for project concept, operations and implementation, including vendor management and external relationships
- Provide day-to-day operations support for all campaigns, partner activities and programmes, including events management, programmes preparation, maintaining inventory and logistics management
- Handle report and proposal writing, KPI reporting, project evaluation, post-programme reporting and analysis
- Support all knowledge management needs and manage all information assets
- At least 'A ' Level certificate and above
- Experience in grants management
- Prior experience in procurement, finance and administration
- Team player
- Good in written and communication skills
