Our client, a global bank with strong leadership and continued investment in its platform and business across Asia, is seeking a VP / SVP in Business Finance. This is a fast-paced role within a high-growth environment, partnering closely with business heads and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic financial insights that drive performance and future-proof the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key finance business partner to front office and product teams
• Deliver commercial analysis, performance tracking, and business decision support
• Drive forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes in alignment with business strategy
• Translate financial data into actionable insights to support growth and resource optimisation
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance capital efficiency and strategic outcomes
• Contribute to business transformation and digital finance initiatives

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or strategy roles within global/regional banks
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge, enable, and influence stakeholders
• Solid understanding of banking products, P&L, and performance drivers
• Commercially focused, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills
• Experience with finance transformation or digital tools is an advantage
