Join us as a Business Process and Automation Specialist to optimize systems and drive efficiency through smart automation and streamlined workflows. Collaborating with department leads, you will map out processes and develop clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining automations using tools like HubSpot Workflows and Zapier. Continuously evaluating existing systems to identify gaps and implement improvements will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will provide structured operational support during onboarding and key administrative functions to ensure efficiency.We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in automation development, lead generation, or process improvement. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail. A collaborative approach and cross-functional teamwork are highly valued. Experience with HubSpot and Zapier is a strong plus. Being proactive, tech-savvy, and resourceful in finding efficient solutions will be beneficial in this role.As part of our team, you can expect annual performance-based salary reviews, paid time off, and a monthly health stipend.
