We are a well-established Construction and Manpower Supply Company in Singapore seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to support business developmentand client engagement in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote construction and manpower supply services to local clients
• Develop new business opportunities
• Develop new clients and maintain existing relationships
• Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners
• Conduct market research and prepare marketing strategies and business proposals
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
• Achieve sales and business development targets

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum3 – 5 years of relevant experience (construction/manpower industry preferred)
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Singapore construction market and MOM regulations (advantage)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: SGD [2800 – 4500](Negotiable, based on experience)
