Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented BIM Modeller to support our project teams in creating, updating, and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for construction and design coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with some relevant experience to develop their skills and grow in the built environment industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating BIM models based on contract drawings and the latest project information
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of the models to meet quality standards
• Generate basic documentation and shop drawings from BIM models
• Support the production of BIM deliverables for construction, documentation, and fabrication
• Develop BIM models with required parameters for quantity take-off and 4D simulation
• Highlight any discrepancies or clashes in design to BIM Coordinators for resolution

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture, Civil & Structural, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver work with accuracy
• Good learning attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of Bentley OpenBuildings Designer and/or Dynamo will be an added advantage
