📝 Key Responsibilities

• Develop Revit (BIM) models and shop drawings mainly for piping and ducting, and also for electrical services when required.

• Produce clear plans, sections, elevations, and details for coordination and construction.

• Work independently based on project specifications and design information.

• Coordinate with project and site teams to update models with mark-ups, as-built changes, and real-time information.

• Maintain BIM standards and support clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.

• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, level of detail, and data requirements.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, Construction, or related field (including Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent).

• About 1–3 years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeler, with strong exposure to piping and ducting shop drawings and MEP coordination.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP), Navisworks, and familiar with construction drawings and specifications.

• Able to deliver accurate models and shop drawings independently and on time.

• Familiar with Singapore construction practices and local submission standards (e.g. BCA) is an advantage.
