🚨 We're Hiring: QC / QA ENGINEER 🚨

📍 Location: Toa Payoh

💰 Salary: $4,000 – $5,000++ (Based on experience)

🕒 Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

🗓 Days Off: 8 days per month

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct daily site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications
• Inspect and test incoming materials for quality assurance
• Prepare, review, and approve QA documentation including method statements, ITPs, reports, and NCRs
• Attend coordination meetings with project stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues

🔧 Bonus Scope: Intermediate Revit Modeller

• If applicable, candidate may also support BIM works
• Create and update Revit models/families according to design specs
• Prepare BIM drawings for proposals, construction, and installation
• Perform clash detection and support design coordination
• Manage and organize BIM files and documentation
• Ensure drawing accuracy and maintain consistent standards
