The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in the local construction industry and proficiency in Revit. Responsibilities include ensuring models comply with standards and coordinating with sub-contractors for updates. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. This role is located in the East of Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience in local construction.
• Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure).
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update 3D models and shop drawings.
• Maintain up-to-date 3D models according to latest information.
• Generate 2D drawing, documentation, and As-Built BIM models.
