Job description

• 5 days / 5.5 Alternate Saturday

• Location: Across Singapore

Available Roles:

1. M&E Project Engineer

• The Role: Manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) site installations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure technical compliance with blueprints.

• Ideal for: Problem solvers who enjoy site coordination and technical execution.

2. Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

• The Role: Handle project costing, progress claims, and variations. You will be responsible for budget control and ensuring the financial health of M&E packages.

• Ideal for: Individuals with strong analytical skills and an eye for commercial detail.

3. BIM Modeller / BIM Coordinator (M&E)

• The Role: Transform designs into high-quality 3D models. You will be responsible for clash detection and creating integrated models for construction.

• Ideal for: Revit/BIM specialists who love the intersection of engineering and digital technology.

General Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

• Familiarity with construction site safety and industry standards.

• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or Glodon is a major plus.

• Entry level is welcome to apply as training is provided.
