Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeller to design, coordinate, and deliver innovative ACMV systems. You will develop 3D models using Revit/AutoCAD, and work closely with project managers and teams to resolve design issues. Candidates should have at least 3 years of BIM experience and knowledge of ACMV system layouts. Join a passionate team and contribute to projects that shape Singapore’s skyline.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of BIM/Revit experience, preferably in ACMV or MEP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ACMV system layouts, coordination, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Singapore BIM Guidelines and local building codes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update detailed 3D models and drawings for ACMV systems.
  • Coordinate with project teams to resolve design issues.
  • Prepare and manage technical submissions for ACMV works.
