• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role

• You need to oversee and coordinate daily operations from order processing to production and delivery to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
• You need to work closely with the Production Manager and QC teams to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Able to plan production schedules and manage material availability in coordination with the purchasing and inventory teams.
• Act as the key liaison between Operations and Business Development teams to support new customer projects, fragrance variants, and sample development.
• Able to communicate order status, lead time, and production updates to internal stakeholders and customers as needed.
• You need to work with QC and Regulatory teams to ensure all products comply with internal quality standards and IFRA or regulatory requirements.
• You need to monitor batch yields, material usage, and overall workflow efficiency; recommend process improvements to reduce wastage and cost.
• Supervise customer service staff to ensure smooth coordination and proper documentation for orders, dispatch and sample requests.
• Able to support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to building an efficient, customer‑focused operational process.

• You must have Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• You must have minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in fragrance, cosmetic, or chemical manufacturing.
• Able to hands‑on, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced SME environment.
• You must have good leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Familiar with ISO, GMP, or IFRA standards will be an advantage.
