Job summary

A prominent recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage account openings, document processing, and various administrative duties. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma or degree and possess strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel. This role offers a one-year contract with a salary of up to $3500, working primarily in Raffles Place.

  • Knowledge of macros is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Process end to end for account opening; includes creation of accounts in the PB system.
  • Prepare and update monthly list of risk profiles due for renewal.
  • Transmit transactions to Ops for daily processing.

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

Salary: Up to $3500

Job Responsibilities
  • Process end to end for account opening; includes creation of accounts in the PB system and generation of client letters.
  • Process Portfolio Risk Profile renewals.
  • Extract documents requested by Business Risk Management for testing as well as audits.
  • Prepare and update monthly list of risk profiles due for renewal for tracking.
  • Transmit transactions to Ops for daily processing.
  • Prepare documents for archival and manage inventory of documents sent to ScanHub.
  • other admin or adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Strong in MS Office especially Word and Excel.
  • Confident with Excel pivot tables and vlookup daily.
  • Knowledge of macros is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Able to work across business teams.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Committed and conscientious with strong follow through on tasks.
