Job description

Our client is a Singapore-based specialist in precision cooling and thermal management systems for data centres. They provide end-to-end solutions from design and installation to customization and maintenance serving clients in one of the most critical infrastructure sectors of today.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise 1 Account Executive, ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations with accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the full set of accounts, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closings.
• Prepare financial statements, GST submissions, and audit schedules in a timely and accurate manner.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary on statutory and compliance matters.
• Drive process improvement and system implementation projects, enhancing internal controls and accounting efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and advice to management to support business decisions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience handling full sets of accounts, including supervisory experience.
• Proven involvement in system implementation or process improvement projects.
• Experience with QuickBooks software will be a strong advantage.

Working Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: 5 days work week Mon - Fri 9am-6pm

Salary: Up to $5,300
