Senior Test Manager – Banking Transformation (Temenos)
Job summary
A leading global bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced Test Manager to oversee end-to-end testing activities for core banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of testing experience, including at least 5 years as a Test Manager, along with strong hands-on knowledge of Temenos. This role includes defining test strategies, managing teams, and driving continuous improvement in testing processes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of testing experience in banking or financial services.
- At least 5 years in a Test Manager capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with Temenos modules.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Define test strategy and deliverables aligned with project timelines.
- Coordinate with teams for test readiness and defect resolution.
