  • Conduct workshops and training for internal teams on regulatory or tax landscape updates
  • Develop and maintain educational materials on wealth, estate, and legacy planning
  • Collaborate with external partners to explore new business opportunities and joint initiative
  • Deploy wealth planning tools to design compliant fiduciary and corporate structures

  • Formulate sales strategies and expand distribution channels regionally (HK and beyond)
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients for ongoing service and upsell potential

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Law, or related discipline)
  • 10–15 years of experience in wealth, estate, or legacy planning — ideally within private banking, insurance, or fiduciary services
  • Strong understanding of trust structures, cross‑border wealth planning, and tax/regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent relationship management, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive, self‑disciplined, and committed to client service excellence
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese an advantage) for internal & external stakeholder management
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
  • Proven track record advising UHNW clients on complex multi‑jurisdictional structures

  • Deep regional network across private banking, law, or accounting firms
  • Thought leader capable of delivering internal training or public seminars on wealth structuring topics
