Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Pasir Ris

Salary: $3,500 – $4,500

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm

Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL) and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Handle GST submissions, tax computation, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks.
• Monitor cash flow, ensure timely payments and collections.
• Review and improve accounting processes for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Provide guidance to junior accounting staff when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in trading or manufacturing.
• Proficient in accounting software (MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and tax regulations.
• Detail‑oriented, able to meet deadlines, and work independently.
