Job Description:
  • Communicating with Car Sales Consultants and the finance department to acquire necessary documentation for bank loans, car insurances, etc
  • Ensuring the accuracy of sales-related data
  • Maintaining daily sales and stock balance record
  • Data Entry & Data Cleaning
  • Generate Excel Reports
  • Providing daily reports to management and stakeholders
  • Assist in the COE registration & bidding processes
  • Liaise with stakeholders for car registration and delivery allocation
  • Ad-hoc assign task
Requirements:
  • A diploma in Business, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Proficiency in in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge
  • Meticulous, attention to detail
  • Competency in Sharepoint for efficient document management and collaboration2 Years of working experience or a fresh graduate are welcome
