Assistant Teacher jobs in Singapore

We are an education centre located at Ang Mo Kio Ave 3 looking for a part-time student care teacher to join us!

Commencement: Mid-July 2025

Working hours: 2 weekdays, (Mon & Fri)| 11.30am to 6.30pm (Normal School Days) ,(School Holidays except December Holidays, subjected to changes)

Responsibilities:

• Plan weekly schedule for students, including holiday activities
• Supervise and guide children to complete daily homework and spelling from school
• Plan, prepare and mark additional assignments for revision, include going through corrections as well
• Conduct weekly enrichment activities
• Deliver effective classroom management
• Must be able to be firm and strict when necessary
• Communicate effectively with children and parents
• Fetch students from their school (walking distance)
• Daily parents update via app

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or A Levels graduate
• 1 year of teaching or student care experience preferred
• Singaporeans only
• Able to coach P1 to P6 English, Mandarin, Math and Science subjects
• Able to interact well with children and manage their behaviour
• Able to be firm with students
• Team player with strong passion and patience in teaching/guiding children
• Able to commit long term until end of the year or more (preferred)
• Responsible and punctual
• Takes initiative
• Technology savvy
• Able to attend a 2-day training
