Programme & Academic Support
Plan and deliver in-house programmes and workshops
Provide academic guidance to Primary 1–6 students across English, Maths, and Science
Ability to confidently support upper primary students is an advantage
Student Supervision & Well-being
Ensure the safe and timely transfer of children from school to the student care centre
Monitor students’ health, safety, and emotional well-being
Parental Engagement
Build strong, trusting relationships with students and parents
Communicate clearly with parents on students’ academic progress and holistic development
Centre Operations & Learning Environment
Senior Teachers will be entrusted with greater responsibility in programme leadership, mentoring, and upholding centre-wide standards.
Minimum Diploma in Education, Arts, Psychology, Social Sciences, or Communications, with familiarity with the current MOE school syllabus
At least 3 years of experience in student care, education, or related roles
Prior experience in student care is a plus
Diploma in Care & Programme or WSQ in Student Care (SCC) is an advantage
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable multitasking across teaching and basic administrative responsibilities
Genuine passion for working with children and creating a positive learning experience
