Roles & Responsibilities

Administrator & Assistant Teacher

  • 5.5 Working days. Off days will be on weekdays
  • Address: Northpoint City

We are look for an exceptional individual to join us! Applicant must be comfortable in a Mandarin Speaking and Kids environment.

Applicant will be providing frontline services, exposed to different group of people and scenarios. He/She will be needed to alias with parents for payment and class arrangements. Giving assistance to arranging of make-up classes, handling new sign ups, directing calls to different channels, manage feedbacks. At times, also to assist teachers in classrooms when needed.

Specific Responsibilities
  1. Handle calls and direct it to different channels if needed
  2. Administrative work like printing of worksheets, handling payments, issuing receipts.
  3. Program management include assisting new registration, assigning to correct class, arranging makeup classes.
  4. Assistant teacher role when needed. Including helping classroom management, bringing kids to toilet, assisting students when needed, wipe down of classroom.
Competencies
  • Able to communicate in both Mandarin and English
  • Able to read Chinese Characters. Able to type in Mandarin will be excellent plus point.
  • Independent and responsible.
  • Tactful in work as there will be different real life scenarios.
  • Customer service oriented.
