About the role
Join us as an Assistant Manager, Human Resource at Advancer Global Facility Pte. Ltd., a leading facility management solutions provider. In this full-time role, you will be based in the Jurong East West Region, contributing to the strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day operations of our growing company.
What you'll be doing
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and programmes to support the organisation's objectives
Coordinate and administer the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
Provide HR advisory and consultative support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters
Manage employee data and maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Support organisational change management initiatives and employee engagement activities
Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous enhancement of HR practices
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
At least 3 years of generalist HR experience, ideally in the facility management or real estate industry
Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices and talent management principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
