A leading restaurant management firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled staff manager to oversee hiring, training, and scheduling for kitchen and service staff. The ideal candidate must have strong management and customer service skills, with prior experience being an advantage. Responsibilities include ensuring food safety compliance, managing inventory, and resolving customer concerns to enhance dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work shifts.
Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, hire, and train staff.
- Manage staff work schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation.
- Check in on dining customers.
- Monitor inventory to ensure adequate supplies.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.

Education
- Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
