Job summary
A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage customer inquiries and coordinate shipment bookings. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics support and possess GCE ‘O’ Level or higher qualifications. Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate shipment bookings promptly.
- Manage freight space reservations and keep track of schedules.
- Work closely with import/export teams to ensure smooth job execution.
- Prepare and send necessary pre-alerts to relevant stations before vessel/flight movements.
- Monitor daily shipment statuses and update customers on any changes.
