Ensure Centres Within Cluster Are Effectively Run
  • Lead, Guide, and Supervise Centre Leadership Teams
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to centre leadership teams to ensure operational excellence and alignment with organisational goals
  • Mentor, coach, and support Centre Managers and senior staff to strengthen their leadership capabilities and drive continuous professional growth
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across centres, promoting consistency in policies, workflows, and quality standards
  • Identify challenges within centres and provide timely guidance, resources, and solutions to support smooth operations
Key Role in the Financial Management of All Centres Within the Cluster
  • Oversee and support the financial performance of all centres within the cluster, ensuring alignment with organisational financial goals and budgetary expectations
  • Collaborate with Centre Managers to develop, manage, and monitor financial plans
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial data and financial compliance documentation
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure adherence to financial policies and audit requirements
Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including school and centre staff and parents
  • Facilitate regular meetings and feedback sessions to ensure alignment, share updates, and strengthen partnerships
  • Support centre teams in delivering consistent, high-quality communication and service that reinforce the organisation’s reputation
Drive Targeted Initiatives
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of targeted initiatives that support organisational goals, operational excellence, and centre performance
  • Collaborate with centre leadership teams and cross-functional departments to identify strategic priorities and translate them into actionable initiatives
  • Monitor progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to management
  • Support centres in adopting new processes, programmes, or standards introduced through targeted initiatives, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Ensure all initiatives comply with organisational policies, regulatory requirements
Key Role in Personnel Management
  • Oversee and support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of student care staff, ensuring centres are staffed with competent and dedicated personnel
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to student care teams to promote professional growth, strong performance, and a positive work culture
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff
  • Ensure staff understand and adhere to student care policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Work with Centre Leaders to develop staffing plans, schedules, and deployment strategies that meet student needs and centre requirements
  • Monitor staff well‑being, morale, and engagement, and implement initiatives that support a healthy and productive work environment
  • Support succession planning efforts by identifying high‑potential staff and preparing them for future leadership roles
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, child safety, and pastoral care through ongoing supervision and coaching of student care personnel
