Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with the organisation's mission and values.
  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability, implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to maximise occupancy and average daily rate.
  • Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, property owners, and industry partners.
  • Oversee the expansion of the hotel group's portfolio by identifying and evaluating potential acquisition and development opportunities.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all properties.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to capitalise on emerging opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging professional development and growth among team members.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
Qualifications and Experience
