Assistant Manager jobs in Singapore

We are looking to expand our logistic company to other sectors. Your role will be responsible for winning new business by penetrating new clients. This role will be expected to set demanding personal goals, work as hard as necessary to get things done, take challenges head on, and remain resilient in the face of difficulties. We are looking for a candidate with 2 to 4 years of experience in the business/logistic field.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2. Develop SOPs for strategic accounts in association with Site Manager, Operations Manager, and IT.
3. Manage and associate with internal colleagues where applicable, to detail all processes, rate structure, and capturing of customer identified KPIs.
4. Attend targeted networking events.
5. Identify current state, desired future state, pains & desired gains of prospects.
6. Partner with Account Manager and Carrier Sales to build ideal solutions and pricing for the prospect.
7. Partner with Leadership, Account Manager, and Carrier Sales to identify new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell product & service offerings.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders. A candidate with an outgoing personality is a plus.
9. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
10. Prepare and present proposals to clients that align with their business needs and objectives.
11. Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.
12. Prepare and present business development reports to senior management on a regular basis.
