• Reports to the Consumer Banking Education Ecosystem Team Lead and interfaces primarily with internal and external business stakeholders
• To drive the expansion and execution of the POSB Smart Buddy cashless ecosystem to all 330+ schools in Singapore as per the MOE MOU signed in April 2022.
• To oversee and drive end-to-end product development and strategic initiatives to elevate the Smart Buddy programme in line with POSB’s brand promise. This includes but not limited to enhancing Smart Buddy’s value proposition, its core banking product offerings, customer engagements and contextual interactions.
• To ideate, create & execute regular marketing campaigns and experiments to enrich our customer journeys and experiences while addressing (any) customer complaints and suggestions.
• Collect and analyse business momentum data and test hypotheses to assist the team in formulating insights to grow our business portfolio through experimentation, AI/ML as part of MtJ.
• To coordinate and prepare materials and reports for regular business updates with internal & external stakeholders.

• Degree in any relevant field with 5 - 8 years of working experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively with other business units, across various functions
• Ability to think strategically and implement effectively
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under timeline pressures and able to multi-task effectively
• Self-motivated team players and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in excel and MS Office suite of products.
