Job description

As a People Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the daily operations for HR functions. Be expected to work alongside internal teams on Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and HR operations matters. We are looking for a passionate and motivated HR thinker, that is able to execute functions independently and yet work collaboratively to support HR projects in a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily operations of the HR functions
  • Oversee proper maintenance of employee personnel records in the HR system
  • Assist in administering employees’ benefit programs including but not limited to designing, developing, and execution of programs
  • Support office management; liaise with facility management vendors
  • Coordinate and manage office equipment and asset
  • Facilitate on- and off-boarding process
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of HR Policies and processes to ensure compliance with global and local statutory requirements
  • Organize employee engagement activities such as corporate retreat and company gathering
  • Ad‑hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum Degree in Business or related fields
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Expert in local employment regulations
  • Proficiency in global employment regulation is plus
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast‑paced environment
  • Problem solver with strong initiative and meticulousness
  • Versatile and has a strong perseverance mindset
