Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented individual to support daily operations and projects. This role involves coordinating training initiatives and managing administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree, be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and possess strong communication skills. Experience in training administration is preferred. This position offers a 6-month contract with working hours from Mon–Thurs 8.30am to 6pm, and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Qualifications

  • Experience in training administration or HR training operations preferred.
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support funding agreement renewals and maintain accurate data for the Enhanced Internship Programme.
  • Handle administrative matters and respond to enquiries related to courses.
  • Prepare and send Electronic Direct Mailers (eDMs) to promote training courses.
  • Collate and analyse training-related data and feedback surveys.
  • Assist in organizing focus group discussions, stakeholder meetings, and training events.

About the Role

The role involves coordinating training programmes, managing funding renewals, and assisting with stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth delivery of professional development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
