Overview

We’re hiring a Management Support Officer to assist with event logistics, daily administration and data entry.

📍 Nearest MRT: Caldecott
🕘 Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
💰 Salary: $2580/month
🚩 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Duration: 1-year contract

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Offer administrative and logistical assistance to ensure the seamless execution of events.
  • Minute-taking during meetings and events.
  • Gather and distribute monthly staff announcements.
  • Provide administrative support to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new staff.
  • Input and retrieve data from databases and systems.
  • Handle requests related to manpower data processing.
  • Assist with various other administrative tasks as needed by the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • Excellent organizational skills & planning skills as need to involve in event planning.
