A sales support company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Administrative Support. You will assist the Sales Team with admin tasks including order preparation, responding to enquiries, and document management. Ideal candidates should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience in a sales admin role is advantageous.
· To provide sales administrative support to the Sales Team.
· Assist in the preparation of delivery order, purchasing order and invoicing
· Handle phone and email enquiries, ensuring timely responses
· Maintain good filing, photocopying, scanning documents & proper records of documents and correspondences.
· Prepare schedule plan and arrange delivery
· Provide administrative support and undertake additional tasks as needed
