Job summary

A sales support company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Administrative Support. You will assist the Sales Team with admin tasks including order preparation, responding to enquiries, and document management. Ideal candidates should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience in a sales admin role is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Provide sales administrative support to the Sales Team.

  • Handle phone and email enquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain good filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Prepare schedule plan and arrange delivery.
