Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Audit Associate/Audit Senior to join their client in the auditing & taxation industry. This role involves planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements, as well as preparing financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting and at least 1 year of relevant audit experience, with proficiency in MS Office. Competitive salary package up to $4,500 plus AWS and bonus offered.

Qualifications

• At least Degree in Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant audit experience.
• Candidates with 2+ years of experience may be considered for the Senior role.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements across a variety of industries.
• Perform fieldwork and substantive testing in line with professional auditing standards.
• Prepare clear and accurate working papers and supporting documentation.
• Assist in drafting financial statements in accordance with SFRS.
• Communicate with clients to obtain information and address audit-related queries.
• Contribute to special projects such as due diligence reviews and agreed-upon procedures.
• Ensure assignments are delivered on time and meet internal quality requirements.
• For Senior role: supervise and review work performed by junior colleagues.
