Job Description
The fundamental duties of the Secretary are as follows:
- Deliver business strategy and marketing recommendations to clients.
- Identify potential business opportunities for clients such as new ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, and partnerships.
- Conduct financial due diligence to ascertain the financial health of companies in terms of potential partners or acquisitions.
- Perform data analysis and manage P&L statement for clients, including market positioning, customers, financial modelling, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Develop long-term proposals for potential clients according to their needs (e.g., expansion) across different regions.
Job Requirements
• 2 years or more related experience in Consulting Firms
• Fluent Japanese to communicate with Japanese clients (JLPT N1 or N2 needed)
