Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a professional to facilitate management meetings and support budgeting and forecasting processes. Candidates should have a degree in business, accountancy, or finance and experience in business planning and governance. Strong analytical and accounting skills are preferred. Qualifications

  • Experience in company business planning, policies, and governance.
  • Knowledge required for budget and forecasting support.
  • Ability to assist with ad-hoc management requests.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate management meetings and prepare materials.
  • Prepare manual journal entries for monthly closing.
  • Liaise with IT to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
  • Analyze closing results and provide insights.
  • Support preparation of forecasts and budgets.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate management meetings, including preparation of materials, documentation and manage decision making policies and governance.
  • Prepare and post manual journal entries accurately for assigned items during monthly closing.
  • Liaise with internal IT departments to resolve system issues, coordinate enhancements, and streamline workflows.
  • Analyze monthly closing results, share findings with relevant stakeholders and provide actionable insights.
  • Support the preparation of forecasts and budgets for assigned items through collaboration with related parties.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests from management as required.

Jobscope:

  • Degree in business/accountancy/finance or equivalent
  • Preferable with experience in company business planning, policies, and governance and accounting knowledge for budget and forecasting and support monthly closing.
