Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesaler – Car Industry
• Position Title: Car Sales Business Manager / Sales Manager (Motor Vehicle)
• Working Location: Central - Novena
• Working Hours: 5 days (9.30 am – 6.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $5000 + Commission
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Salesmen to meet sales goals.
• Set clear sales objectives, aligning with company-wide targets.
• Evaluate and enhance salesmen's performance through regular feedback and support.
• Facilitate training and development to boost sales skills.
• Efficiently manage and convert sales leads to achieve targets.
• Support the team in deal negotiations and closures.
• Maintain sales department budget to meet financial goals.
• Generate and review sales reports, analyzing performance and identifying improvement areas.
• Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Execute additional duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated leadership with strong team management capabilities.
• Proven sales record in the automotive industry, exceptional negotiation and deal closure skills.
• Analytical aptitude for market trends, sales data, and financials.
• Valid Singapore driving license for vehicle handling.
