Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore seeks an HR Manager to manage full-spectrum HR functions including onboarding and offboarding, payroll administration, and compliance with Singapore's Employment Act. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR Management, and strong knowledge of Singapore HR practices. This role also requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job description
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions:

Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires including preparing offer letters, contracts, and compliance documents.
  • Coordinate induction programs to familiarize new employees with firm policies, systems, and audit/tax tools.
  • Manage offboarding process including exit interviews and clearance.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and benefits in the HRMS.
  • Participate in HR audits and government surveys (e.g., MOM).
  • Administer payroll in coordination with finance, ensuring compliance with CPF, IRAS (Form IR8A), and other statutory
  • Oversee insurance renewals and provide support for employee insurance-related queries.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and benefits in the HRMS.
  • Participate in HR audits and government surveys (e.g., MOM).
HR Policy & Compliance
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with Singapore’s Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Prepare and file employment passes or renewals (EP, S Pass) for foreign staff, if applicable.
  • Keep track of renewal and expiry dates of employees work passes.
  • Update HR policies as needed.
  • Streamline and improve HR workflow processes for greater efficiency.
Training & Professional Development
  • Coordinate CPE (Continuing Professional Education) and professional training required by accounting bodies (e.g., ISCA, ACCA).
  • Coordinate training programs and recommend employee well-being initiatives.
  • Handle other ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Performance Management
  • Assist in setting up structured performance appraisal cycles
Key Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Human Resource Management or equivalent in related field.

2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
