Account Assistant jobs in Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of Accounts Receivable
• Perform day to day Accounts Receivable functions
• Follow up closely on AR Ageing and AR & Sales Report
• Assist with preparation of journal entries, audit scheduling, month end and year end closing matters
• Liaise with internal and external party on any enquiries
• Handle various administrative duties
• Provide ad hoc support in other aspects of finance and office maintenance

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years relevant working experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to cope in a dynamic environment
• A good team player
• Meticulous and organized individual with strong initiatives
• Initiate improvements to process, workflow or systems on continuous basis.
• Positive work attitudes and willingness to learn
