The role includes managing product revisions and liaising with various teams for verification and shipping documentation. Candidates should have at least 2 years of accounting experience, proficient bookkeeping, and good teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more in Accounting roles, including AP and AR.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with plants on shipping documentation.

Accounts Assistant

1. Support Cost Accountant by maintaining data accuracy from the team that provides sales order and invoice payable data for SAP.
2. Manage product and sales order revisions.
3. Liaise with AP team to complete invoice verification and uploading.
4. Liaise with plants on shipping documentation.

Position will involve:

• maintaining data accuracy between SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud Edition and various internal systems,
• issue resolution with overseas representatives in Vietnam, Cambodia and China.

Requirement:

• 2 years or more in Accounting roles, including AP and AR
• Good bookkeeping/data matching and Excel skills
• Good teamwork skills
