•Supervise daily activities of the quality team, including inspectors, auditors, and technicians
•Develop, implement, and enforce quality standards, inspection procedures, and testing protocols.
•Monitor production processes and finished products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
•Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
•Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
•Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve quality processes and reduce defects.
•Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits (ISO, customer audits, regulatory inspections).
•Train and develop quality team members on standards, best practices, and new quality initiatives.
•Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
•Support continuous improvement programs such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives.
Skills
Strong knowledge of quality assurance systems, food safety, and warehouse standards.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and certifications (e.g., ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP).
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse/inventory management systems.
