The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, at least 3 years of experience in marketing, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential. This role includes supervising the marketing team and collaborating with sales and product teams to synchronize efforts.

Key Duties
  • Develop customized marketing strategies for each sub-brand, ensuring harmony with their essence and target audience.
  • Create and implement campaigns to boost involvement and sales.
  • Supervise the marketing team, delegating responsibilities and providing training for efficient implementation.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to synchronize marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage finances and distribute resources efficiently among sub-brands.
  • Carry out market research and analyze data to fine-tune strategies and enhance customer interaction.
  • Uphold brand reputation through public relations and proactive management of customer feedback.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail industries.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in both English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in developing creative content, particularly visual and video-based materials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team while managing projects independently.
