Responsibilities
  • Innovation Implementation and Pipeline Management: Execute development plan for a new product or service, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and communicating to project stakeholders.
  • Project Planning: Carry out delegated activities to support the production of workstream and project plans that identify and organize all the activities needed to deliver project objectives and that comply with the organization's project management framework.
  • Project Management: Deliver small-scale or medium-scale projects while working within an established program management plan.
  • Databases Installation: Install and test complex databases and associated products to ensure they are suitable for use and meet customer requirements.
  • Digital Strategy/Transformational Projects Execution: Execute and deliver elements of the digital road map, leveraging agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation.
  • Quality: Plan and coordinate testing and inspection of products and processes. Implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives, and monitoring them to make sure they are effective.
  • Operational Compliance: Identify, within the team, instances of non-compliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these and escalating issues as appropriate.
