Job summary
A prominent engineering firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Project Quality Supervisor to oversee quality assurance and control throughout project execution phases. The ideal candidate should possess over 10 years of comprehensive inspection experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role. Key responsibilities include managing QA/QC activities, leading inspection teams, and ensuring compliance with international quality standards. Relevant certifications are highly valued, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.

- Prior employment with a recognized contractor required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage project QA/QC and inspection activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved Quality Management System.
- Lead inspection teams with technical guidance.

Education
The Senior Project Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supervising quality assurance and quality control activities across project execution phases. The role ensures full compliance with approved quality management systems, applicable international codes, client specifications, and project requirements while leading inspection teams and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
Experience: 10 - 15 years
- Supervise and manage project QA/QC and inspection activities across construction and maintenance works
- Ensure compliance with approved Quality Management System (QMS), project specifications, and international standards
- Lead inspection teams and provide technical guidance and supervision
- Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), procedures, and quality documentation
- Monitor contractor quality performance and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Coordinate inspections, surveillance activities, and quality audits
- Ensure proper implementation of material testing and inspection requirements
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and certification documentation
- Liaise with project teams, contractors, and clients on quality-related matters
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or minimum 2-year Technical / Industrial Diploma
- Minimum 10 years of inspection experience, including at least 5 years in inspection supervision
- Prior continuous employment with a recognized contractor
- Certifications (any of the following):
- ASQ – CMQ/OE or CCQM
- CSWIP 3.1
- API 510 / 570 / 653
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of US codes, construction, maintenance, and material testing procedures
