Job Purpose
Coordinates process improvement activities and monitors performance metrics to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across operational functions.
Principal Accountabilities
Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing operational excellence frameworks and continuous improvement programs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate process mapping, documentation, and standardization across departments.
- Support Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies under the guidance of the Operational Excellence Manager.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects and resolve operational challenges.
- Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops related to process excellence and operational best practices.
- Maintain records of improvement initiatives, performance trends, and related documentation.
- Prepare reports on process efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality.
- Maintain and update process maps, SOPs, and improvement documentation.
Miscellaneous Duties
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.
Required Academic Qualification
- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
Other Requirements
- Total experience of 5–7 years, including 3–5 years in process management or improvement roles.
- Preferred certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS) and performance dashboard systems.
