The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lines, ensuring efficient production, quality products, and a safe working environment. Responsibilities:
- Supervise canning line operations, including setup, startup, and shutdown.
- Maintain production record.
- Maintain Breakdown record.
- Usage of ERP.
- Execution of daily production plan.
- Monitor production schedules, quality, and efficiency.
- Implement corrective actions to address production issues.
- Lead and develop a team of operators and maintenance personnel.
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to ensure skill development.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
- Generate duty roster for operators.
- Control overtime.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance team to address quality issues.
