1. Event Coordination & Execution
- Supervise on-site catering operations for weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
- Ensure event setup, service, and cleanup meet company standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and service teams to deliver seamless events.
- Monitor timing, presentation, and guest service throughout the event.
2. Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and supervise service staff, including waiters, runners, and setup crew.
- Conduct pre-event briefings to assign roles, review timelines, and discuss client expectations.
- Ensure staff maintain professionalism, hygiene, and safety standards.
3. Client & Vendor Relations
- Act as the primary on-site contact for clients during events.
- Communicate effectively with clients and handle any last-minute changes or issues professionally.
- Coordinate with external vendors (venues, décor, sound, etc.) as needed.
4. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure food safety and presentation meet TriEvents' standards.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Report incidents or service issues promptly to management.
5. Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Prepare post-event reports, including staff performance, client feedback, and improvement notes.
- Track event inventory and equipment usage.
- Support in training new event staff and maintaining updated event checklists.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in event supervision, preferably in catering or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and client service abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Flexible schedule – available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
