A leading global energy services company is looking for a Repair & Maintenance Supervisor for Tubular Running Services in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for overseeing workshop operations, ensuring safety standards, and managing a team of technicians. Ideal candidates have a strong background in the oil & gas industry and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in Repair & Maintenance workshop in oil & gas.
- Experience in a supervisory role within the oil and gas industry.
- Expertise in workshop operations and equipment maintenance.
Responsabilités
- Oversee day-to-day workshop and R&M operations.
- Lead and manage technicians and support staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
- Plan and prioritize workshop activities for efficient service execution.
- Monitor inventory levels for tools and materials.
- Maintain and service TRS equipment properly.
- Implement quality control procedures.
- Conduct inspections and audits for improvements.
