Job Description
  1. Supervise and monitor refractory works including lining, gunning, casting, bricklaying, and dry‑out activities.
  2. Ensure adherence to Aramco project standards, procedures, and quality requirements.
  3. Allocate manpower, tools, and equipment for daily activities.
  4. Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety compliance at worksite.
  5. Inspect refractory materials (castables, bricks, anchors, insulation) and ensure proper storage and usage.
  6. Prepare daily progress reports and update project engineer/site manager.
  7. Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspection and approvals.
  8. Identify and resolve technical/site issues promptly to avoid delays.
  9. Ensure correct installation sequence, curing, and dry‑out schedules.
  10. Train and guide refractory masons, helpers, and subcontractor staff.
  11. Support audits, client inspections, and documentation requirements.
Requirements
  1. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Material Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
  2. 8-10 years' experience in Refractory projects, with minimum 5 years on Aramco projects.
  3. Strong knowledge of refractory materials, application methods, and installation techniques.
  4. Familiar with Aramco standards and specifications.
  5. Good leadership and team management skills.
  6. Strong HSE awareness with ability to enforce safety at site.
