A global energy solutions company is seeking an experienced HR professional in Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia. The role involves consulting with leadership on HR data, coaching managers, and delivering HR solutions aligned with business goals. Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management and have at least three years of relevant experience. A master’s degree and HR certification are preferred. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.

Under broad direction, the successful candidate will perform the following duties:
Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or other related discipline and a minimum of three years of experience. Master’s degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
