We are looking for an experienced professional to lead hiring strategy planning for our insurance domain client.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of IT management with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (relevant sectors and focus areas).
  • Digitally savvy; curious and passionate about technology, understands its impact on business and society.
  • Experience in digital transformation strategy lifecycles, digital business ecosystems, or latest information technologies like ML, AI, Cloud, IoT.
  • Profound experience in digital transformation using latest information technologies such as ML, AI, Cloud, IoT, Analytics, AR/VR, etc.
  • Strong exposure across different industry verticals relevant.
  • Analytical, conceptual, and creative problem‑solving skills combined with an entrepreneurial “can‑do” mindset.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly (written and spoken) in English.
  • Team‑player mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
