Job summary
A leading food company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Representative with at least 3 years in foodservice sales. The candidate should have FMCG experience and knowledge of the Saudi market. Responsibilities include visiting customers, generating leads, negotiating prices, and building relationships. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in foodservice sales.
- Valid driver's license is essential.
- Experience working with FMCG.
- Familiarity with the Saudi market is required.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Responsibilities
- Visit customers to convert leads into sales.
- Proactively generate new sales leads.
- Assess customer needs and recommend products.
- Negotiate prices and finalize sales orders.
- Build positive relationships with prospects.

- Refers sales leads, customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organisation in order for it to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
- Establishes weekly sales plans and prioritizes and schedules own activities to reach the targets
- Ensures that he possesses full product knowledge of all relevant SKUs
- Coaches distributors sales representatives on selling skills, product knowledge and applications to help them achieve their sales targets
- Co-ordinates with distributors, direct customers and relevant people in the organization to ensure smooth operations
- 3 years in foodservice sales experience
- Driver license
- FMCG experience
- Experience in Saudi market
- Good communications skills in English and Arabic
