A leading technology firm in Riyadh is looking for an experienced Team Lead - Software Development. You will manage a team of developers, ensuring high-quality software delivery and innovation. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of software development experience and proficiency in various programming languages, particularly focusing on CRM systems such as Microsoft 365. This role emphasizes strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with CRM systems integration and workflow automation.
• Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of software developers to deliver projects on time.
• Define technical direction and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business and technical requirements.
• Oversee system architecture and implementation across solutions.
• Manage Microsoft 365 CRM and its integration with Salesforce.

Skills

Proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and PHP

Knowledge of SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Understanding of Azure, AWS, or GCP

Version control systems (Git)
