The Inbound Supervisor at Ninja is responsible for overseeing all inbound logistics activities, ensuring accurate and efficient receipt of goods into the warehouse. This role includes managing a team of inbound staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing operational best practices. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all inbound activities, including receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming products
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all inbound shipments, maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
- Lead and mentor the inbound team, providing training and support to enhance performance and navigate challenges
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation and management to minimize waste and obsolescence
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and logistics providers to resolve any shipping discrepancies or operational issues
- Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols within the receiving area
- Utilize inventory management systems to track inbound product movement and maintain accurate records
- Perform regular audits of inbound processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices
- Generate reports on inbound performance metrics for management review
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, specifically in inbound logistics
